We want you to be happy with FolioSort Pro. If it doesn't meet your expectations, here's how refunds work.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

The license key must not have been activated or used. As a digital product, FolioSort Pro is considered "used" once the license key has been delivered and activated.

EU Consumer Rights

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital purchases. However, this right is waived once the digital content (license key) has been delivered and activated, as permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at feedback@foliosort.app with your order number and reason for the refund.

Processing

All refunds are processed through our payment processor.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
