These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FolioSort application and related services. By downloading or using FolioSort, you agree to these Terms.

Payments

All payments, taxes, and billing for FolioSort Pro are handled by our payment processor, which acts as the Merchant of Record. The payment processor handles transactions, collects applicable taxes, and issues invoices on our behalf.

Software License

FolioSort Free is available for download and personal use at no cost. No purchase is required to use the Free tier.

FolioSort Pro requires a valid license key obtained through purchase. The Pro license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on your personal devices.

You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the FolioSort software.

Limitation of Liability

FolioSort is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While FolioSort includes integrity verification (checksum hashing) and full undo capabilities to protect your files, we cannot guarantee that no data loss will ever occur. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files. In no event shall the developers of FolioSort be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of FolioSort after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
